Sample planFirst task, 10 minutes
Put every takeaway box and loose envelope into one bag, and set the bag by the door. Stop there.

Archgabriel reads a photo of your real mess and hands you the task, without a word of judgment.
You know the room is a problem. You have tried to start, and each time it stopped somewhere around the first pile. Whether you live alone or with a partner, the weight feels the same: less like a lack of effort, more like shame.
Shame is a poor planner. Archgabriel plans instead.

There is nothing to tidy beforehand and nothing to sort. You show Archgabriel the room as it is, and it hands back the one thing to do first. Keep the plan if you like it. Leave it if you do not.

Leave the clothes on the chair and the books on the floor. The photo is the only preparation. Archgabriel reads what is actually in the frame, not a tidier version of it.
One photo, one room, taken the way it looks today.

You do not get a long list. You get the one task to do first, small enough to finish in ten minutes and chosen from your own photo.
When the ten minutes are up, you are allowed to stop. The rest of the room can wait for another day.

The first room plan is free. You do not need an account until you want to save the plan.
There is also a monthly plan, for when one room is not the whole story.
One task. Ten minutes. Not a word of judgment.
Below are sample rooms, each with the kind of task Archgabriel hands back. They are written to show the format.
